1- If you “could have gone heavier”, why the fuck didnt you? Were you hurt? No? Then put more weight on the goddamn bar and get better already…
2-Are we done with the don’t eat carbs bullshit yet? No, no one is saying you need to eat a fucking field of wheat but christ almighty stop this nonsense already. If one sandwich fucks your training up, there are more holes in your plan than swiss cheese. You want to know how what you eat wont thoroughly fuck your training up? Train harder!
3-Pick a plan, stick to the plan… Don’t change it up, don’t deviate from it for at least 3 months. Quite simple
